Human multitasking is the concept that one can split their attention on more than one task or activity at the same time, such as speaking on the phone while driving a car.
Multitasking essentially means that you are trying to perform two or more tasks at the same time. Many people mistakenly believe that multitasking reflects a high level of cognitive ability and think that you should multitask to maintain your brain health (i.e., use it or lose it idea).
